David's practice is focused on real estate finance and development, acquisitions, dispositions, hotel management, leasing, farm and ranch transactions, loan workouts, asset purchases and dispositions, stock purchases and dispositions, entity formations and related matters.

David has represented developers in acquisitions, development and financing of real estate projects of all types.  He also represents financial institutions and borrowing entities in debt placement and restructuring matters, hotel management companies in negotiating long-term management contracts, and tenants and landlords in negotiating and structuring ground leases and space leases.
